So, where to from here?
Build the base.
Put the foundations in place.
Ensure your PR, content and digital communications efforts are purposeful, consistent and unified.
Join the dots.
Show up regularly.
Over-index on humanity.
Then … overlay your marketing and promotional activities with confidence, because a lot of the ‘heavy lifting’ will already have been done.
